Toledo Municipal Traffic Court Records

The Toledo Municipal Court adjudicates moving and non-moving traffic violations, such as red light tickets or driving while suspended, that occur within its territorial area. As required by ORC 1901.31, the Clerk of Toledo Municipal Court preserves records of traffic cases and other legal proceedings.

Traffic court records are open to the public under the Rules of Superintendence for the Courts of Ohio and can be retrieved from the clerk's office in person or online. For record requests, filings, and payments, the Criminal/Traffic Division of the Clerk of Toledo Municipal Court's office can be located on the first floor of the Toledo Municipal Courthouse.
